Trung Quốc sẽ xây dựng kho xăng trái phép tại Hoàng Sa

Các dự án (trái phép) xây dựng trọng điểm tại đảo Phú Lâm, quần đảo Hoàng Sa đang được triển khai liên tục nên việc cung cấp xăng dầu thành phẩm trở thành vấn đề sống còn

Giới truyền thông Trung Quốc ngày 17/12 dẫn nguồn tin Tân Hoa Xã cho hay, hôm 15/12 chính quyền của cái gọi là "thành phố Tam Sa" và Tập đoàn Dầu khí Trung Quốc chi nhánh Hải Nam vừa ký hiệp định khung hợp tác về việc cung cấp xăng dầu thành phẩm cho lực lượng Trung Quốc đồn trú trái phép ngoài quần đảo Hoàng Sa (thuộc chủ quyền Việt Nam).

Đảo Phú Lâm nằm trong quần đảo Hoàng Sa thuộc chủ quyền Việt Nam hiện do Trung Quốc chiếm đóng trái phép

Theo văn bản này, Tập đoàn Dầu khí Trung Quốc sẽ cung cấp các thiết bị, công nghệ hoàn chỉnh và phù hợp với quy hoạch của cái gọi là "thành phố Tam Sa" để xây dựng hệ thống cung cấp xăng dầu thành phẩm cho khu vực này. Về phía chính quyền cái gọi là "thành phố Tam Sa" sẽ hỗ trợ về mặt chính sách, thủ tục.

Một quan chức cái gọi là "thành phố Tam Sa" nói với Tân Hoa Xã, hiện tại các dự án (trái phép) xây dựng trọng điểm tại đảo Phú Lâm, quần đảo Hoàng Sa đang được triển khai liên tục nên việc cung cấp xăng dầu thành phẩm trở thành vấn đề sống còn, lĩnh vực trọng điểm trong kế hoạch xây dựng "thành phố Tam Sa" (phi pháp - PV).

Trước đó, Trung Quốc đã có một loạt các động thái vi phạm chủ quyền của Việt Nam tại quần đảo Hoàng Sa, Trường Sa bằng việc phát hành bản đồ cái gọi là "thành phố Tam Sa", khởi công dự án đóng tàu, xây dựng hệ thống xử lý nước thải, chất thải tại đảo Phú Lâm, Hoàng Sa.

Mặc dù đã trốn dưới mương, số phận nghiệt ngã đã không buông tha gia đình xấu số người miền Nam này. Gia đình người mẹ tương lai trẻ này đang chờ đợi 1 hài nhi ra đời thì đã bị bộ đội cộng sản Bắc Việt tàn sát cùng với cả làng của mình ở Thừa Thiên Huế. Ghi chú: Dù không thấy dây trói ở cận cảnh của cô gái nhưng dấu vết bị trói rất rõ ràng ở phần dưới của tấm hình, và bụng của cô ta đã bị rạch lòi ruột.
